New account permanently suspended after first item listed
 

Hi, i opened a brand new account about 20 days ago. Today registered it to managed payment and listed a plastic item container as used state for 19 eur buy it now. The account is all in my friend details and all is real, bank account in his name aswell. eBay databases never saw before his details

After one hour i found it permanently banned.

Now, there is any chance to get back?

That's standard procedure nowadays, just call them, explain your business model, they will ask where you get the items, how you ship them and how many you intend to sell and all sorts of related questions beside personal details. once you explain everything, your account will get reinstated.

A suspension after the first listing is usually a simple matter to resolve and get the acct reinstated.
Contact them via live chat and answer their questions - those are usually pretty basic and related to the items your selling and you selling plans.

Your information is probably flagged from a previous ban., or Device ID/IP address.

Call them, account active again. They needed to confirm by phone all personal details and ask what is my future business plan with that account, obv i little lied

Be careful it can get suspend again after you list itsm again and this time no way to get account back

They tell me is usual now....so i think they should update their email system, many people could renounce to appeal

UPDATE

After 3 days, did nothing, account suspended again, wrote them, got the first deny answer back.

How can be possible? 2 days ago was all ok LOL

I hope to find a thinking rappresentative quickly

this is business as usual on ebay now but you can just open more new accounts with the same details. second suspension is indefinite , no point to ask for reinstatement anymore

If you have the time and energy, might as well re-try while opening new accounts

hm... same issue here now!

Almost every new acct suspended.

Not a rookie here either, ran over 500 accts, but now its getting real difficult.

Anybody have any insight?

Could it be just this time of the year?
Account creation has never been easy in November and December as extra scrutiny is in place to prevent Christmas scammers during the busy shopping season.
Just a thought...

It maybe worth really outlining your steps so that we can see what method your using and payment able to pinpoint the issue

Hi, ebay closes my accounts after the first post, I don't do anything wrong, I don't understand why. Ebay doesn't give any explanation. What can I do. besides calling them?
