SELLING LIMITS : 0 items 0 eur after account reopening

I have recovered with much effort an account i used years ago, sent docs, bill, and paid remaining fees

After all i go to list the first item and i notice that my selling limit is 0 item and 0 eur month

It's the first time i can see this behaviour, i'm really tired

Anyone had this before?

Yes, this one usually means they are not letting you sell.

But I suggest you wait it out a few days and see if it updates.

You will need to give them a ring - they may not increase the limits though

i got more than a answer, write them and phone them

in chat a rappresentative tell me that there is a block that last in 7 days

I used as details for MP, details already banned...maybe the motivation is that...

it was banned yes, but it was the only REAL identity i could use...
Banned after 1 hr yes, but banned....the NO SENSE ban we all know these days...
This was an old account, effort to re-open all, paid fees...change details with that name and surname and ciao ciao

Did you get any mail saying that your account is suspended-- after you reopened it? or just showing 0 items 0 euro?

just show 0 item and 0 euro, no mail, the last mail is about account reopening

These real person details were used for a creation of a new account, insta banned after first listing, opened again after call in, than closed indefinitely after some days

The account where i applied to managed payment is another, account from 2014 in phake name, and i used the real details of the other account that was suspended before. That was the only one real identity i could use

Now i get only 0 eur and 0 item, no email MC like or similar

Account is working, only limits are to 0

In chat they speak about a limitation for 7 days triggered yesterday

It's a crap

I have accounts that I owe fees, and I don't have plan to reopen it....

I created a new account, got suspened directly after creation, but I could reinstart again after talking to them. But I got permanent suspended in 1 hour after the first listing--without sending in identity documents or adding bank account..the information(name and adress) I filled in was my friend's with his permission of course.. but I just wish that it would not affect him in the future when he wants to create an ebay account...

All you can do is contact them and if you have already done so wait to see if they will increase the limit I would systematically try every few weeks in the meantime it might be worth getting another account up and running but don’t use details have been used on eBay before
