| I once lost an account. Was selling a watch, and it got removed. I sent ebay all the documentation, and rep said it is all cool and I can sell it. I relisted it and got permbanned next day. And the biggest problem is that reps are trained to trust bot decisions, so this one can not be appealed. |

eBay has an authentication service for US sellers. You ship the bag to eBay and they authenticate and ship to buyer. I could do that but no not open for other countries. Then, because you are from those other countries, you are a potential counterfeit seller.
Give me the same option to authenticate my items instead of accusing me. All BS.

| reps are not trained but are not authorized to make a decision. this is like a criminal record , once you get one any future investigations on new violations would not question the old records anymore
here is the same thing , they recorded several violations and at some point the next violation will be the last one |

| ebay do not care about this with counterfeit warnings , you already got a "counterfeit discount" by not having been suspended earlier due to an established account. if it were a recent account you would be gone by now. |

| The question at the end is interesting for me as well. How can you open multiple eBay and payoneer accounts? I have no additional friends or family which i can use their identity. With PayPal it was easy though cause i could just change the email address of my paypal account and pay all the ebay fees with credit card without linking the PayPal account to the ebay account. So now with payoneer the only way is to steal identity and get somehow ⊗⊗⊗⊗ documents for the verification process. I’m not sure how to do it. |

| If you already gotten hit once, you'll get hit again and after 3 times it's a permanent ban.
If I were you I'd find out how to talk to trust and safety and the brand owners immediately to see what can be done.
Problem is eBay's regular customer support aren't bright and they can say whatever they want to make you feel good, so don't trust them |

| eBay rappresentative are 90% monkey without any knowledge of eBay selling and its behaviours. Rarely you can find a prepared person that likely hear you and solve the problem |

I would suggest RAISING your prices along with listing as pre owned with a detailed description of how you obtained the items in your ebay descriptions. |

| So the information I received from one of eBay's representatives is "I can see that listing removal team has removed the items as the items were brought to our attention by one or more members of the community, who expressed concern with the authenticity your item."
This sounds more like my account being reported by competitors' bot accounts rather than an actual concern by eBay. |
