 Hold on money and account suspended
Hello everyone,
My eBay account had a payment hold put on it. allegedly because I was using a VPN.
I have been going back and forth with them for 2 weeks now and the chat is a joke to say the least.
They are requesting I send in a bank statement and my driving license which I am happy to do although I am at a different address that the account is registered to and don't have any up-to-date bank statements for the old address. I still have my old driving license with the old address though.
Not sure how I should approach this because the last attempt failed with them saying my bank statement (From october 2021) was too old.
They have over £500 of my money and I rely on Ebay as a second income so this has been frustrating to say the least.
