My eBay account has been suspended
Hello, my eBay account has been suspended due to banned product. I was selling digital items on eBay. I sent the customer service the license to sell the product and the invoices of the product for proof of authenticity but I guess they didn't even look at it, my question is can we open this account back? In the incoming e-mail, it did not say that this suspension is permanent.
The email I got:
