IP is important, same way people do not recommend using VPNs or proxies that have been abused.

I haven't had success with IP burger for creating sellers, creating eBay accounts they work, but that is a different story.

That is not to say IP burger is bad, some have success, some don't. Just a matter of testing if you have the resources.

Only thing that has been working for me lately was mobile IPs and a VPN.

Tried Straight Talk hotspot, didn't work. Next thing I am going to test is Simple Mobile moxee hotspot when it comes in.

You should try AT&T / Verizon / T- Mobile / Sprint Hotspots. All the cheaper brands are probably abused and eBay may think when you are up to no good. Even the stealth guide mention this. Even on the Phone Numbers as well. But like you said what works for one person may not work for everyone. It’s like 1 piece to the puzzle

I saw a lot of people mentioned with AT&T to avoid reactivate.
Hope other see this and make account without reactivate

Try it and update us on how it goes.

Will try Roy's suggestion to.

I want to test out the moxee hotspot and see if it is a viable option to use. I will update once I receive to see how it goes.

Frustrating and can't figure it out. This happens whether they have sales on the account or not.

hello mate your problem Is gone ? if yes how you do this ? I got the same problem with first listining and after 30 min I got block

Sometimes you can register account and open seller account in same day but I wouldn’t recommend it. Waiting a few days or week seems to work smoother.

There’s no single way to not get suspended. The stealth guide goes more in depth. One single mistake can get you suspended. Too many variables that can go wrong

Re: What is with this Reactivate eBay crap.

I've done a pretty extensive amount of testing:

1) browser doesnt matter. just be sure you have geo-location, etc all set so it matches

2) phone matters. use a REAL sim-card. there's plenty providers out there for pay-as-you-go

3) IP very much matters.
Create account with MOBILE IP (just buy data with above sim and tether to laptop). wait a while, surf around - all with that IP. Create first 2 listings (low USD amounts) with this IP. You may or may not get "reactivate" but you will 99% pass. I've NEVER failed the questions. Just make sure you use this MOBILE IP for all your browsing/listing (and the chat to get the re-activation done) ... if you slip up ONCE, the account is toast. I tested this. I surfed and listed 1 item with mobile, then a regular VPN and boom -> account is gone.

So in summary: create, surf and list TWO items with MOBILE IP. After the first 2 items are sold and shipped, you can switch to a regular VPN to keep accounts separated.

Thanks for you advise. Just a few questions..
Does name matter? I'm asking because I usually use random name for account creation then change to real once I'm sure that there is no suspension from the new account. What about bank account? Also, I only add bank account once I'm sure the account is solid. Does bank account matter too?

I don’t know about the name changing but you should be fine.. and I always wait until 1st sale to add bank.. that would be a waste of a bank. And yeah banks matters. Physical banks are preferred but virtual works as well

Have you been having success with "usually" changing the random name to real one? Normally that's a pretty big security flag...

I’m not sure but I think firefox blocks some of ebay finger printers and you get flagged. I would only use firefox for some aged accounts not for brand new accounts.

I created 10 seller accounts yesterday with chrome and all survived the first listing on mobile hotspot

How long did you wait for to list the items up on chrome? I have a feeling bots are set in place so if you register account list to sell straight away your be flagged. If you wait 1/2 weeks you get reactivate message from bot and 30 days+ maybe no reactivate message I’m not sure tho. Would appreciate your reply.

for ebay either chrome or firefox will be fine, but for amazon definitely firefox.
And I'm talking without the addons for privacy.

Re: What is with this Reactivate eBay crap.

I usually get this problem sorted through chat. But sometimes accounts are just dead after and therefore irredeemable that there’s nothing the charagent can do. But my advice is that you list an item that you last got good feedback for. It helps and bots won’t even batter an eyelid at you

Re: What is with this Reactivate eBay crap.

got reactivated crap 3 times:
1. turned individual acc to business after only 3 sales
2. listed 3rd item a vero item
3. after 18 sales, (individual acc) listed 6th item, value of all items at sale over £250 and this triggered the red flag, happened just now. also i have sent my email to a costumer in regards with an faulty item, maybe that is a trigger too

happened to chrome and firefox, on desktop, hotspot from mobile.

hope this helps
