Using a burner to bypass suspensions

Is using a burner phone a good idea or will Ebay still suspended me based on ip? I used my mom’s phone to sell and her account is aged from 2011 but mine thar got suspended were 2019. I’m guessing ip doesn’t matter just device ? Any solutions?

You've got it the wrong way round, the device doesn't matter but the IP does.

So i’ll still get suspended ? what if i age the account with new info on the burner?

if you're talking about a mobile, i'd be more careful, especially if you used the ebay app

new everything. new ip, new phone, new user account in a PC

don't try to make a shortcut, you'll be sorry later

Use the phone as a hotspot for IP and a computer for actual account creation and operation - resetting connection will give you new IP

Laptop or Desktop as long as you can tether from your mobile phone
