putting a stealth onto a burner phone

I have an old stealth PP that i haven't used for some time.
I am thinking of resurrecting it and putting it onto a mobile phone.
The Pp account has a phone number that I have access to but of course it is different to the new mobile phone number.

is there a way of putting the stealth paypal onto the burner mobile without having to put it on a ip first in order to add a new number.

Are you planning to operate the PP acct on a mobile phone? You want to change the number on the PP acct to this new mobile number? You plan to use this phone as the IP solution? From your post any of those could be your question.

Hi yes all of the above.
I want to start using the old stealth on a new mobile phone. I am unsure of the best way to do it.

Do I gave to change the number on the pp acct before putting it on the phone?

Will the phone work as a good IP?

1. Best way is to not use a mobile device, use a laptop.

2. Tether the phone to the laptop to get a new IP or use a VPN

3. I'd assume you have the old phone number still for that account? If so, leave it be.

Can you actually use a VPN if tethering a laptop to a phone?
I thought VPN with pp was a no go?
I normally use mullvad but what is recommended?

Huh? who said VPN for PP or eBay or amazon is a no go?

Majority of VPN are a no go because they are abused. But service like IPBurger is perfect for it.

So you set up the VPN on your laptop and you don't even need a phone. Even easier.

New sim card in mobile phone, that will generate a 'clean' residential I.P. and log into paypal on it. The phone number on the account is only for security, it's got nothing to do with the device used to access the account.

Add the burner phone number to the account if you want.

No need to mess about with PC's or V.P.N.'s if you don't want to .
