eBay stealth Question

My account was suspended and I share an IP address with a few people that I could use personal information to create a stealth account but I am wondering if because they have used eBay even if I change the IP address and follow the steps the new account will still be banned. Is that possible?

Takes more than just a prior IP match to get an account banned. Usually.
