not to insult you or anything, but if you talk to ebay chat with non-fluent english on a new account that already received the "reactivation" message, that is a red flag for them

most such suspensions are random anyway , it is like a welcome suspension on ebay which will be indefinite on most accounts and after that , in many cases , a second suspension which will most certainly be indefinite
