[EBAY UK] Activity on your account isn’t following policy: Abusive buyer policy

I bought a Rolex Watch on Ebay UK through the Authenticity Guarantee program. The Watch had scratches on the bracelet so I returned it.
However, I have received the Item back and my EBAY account was immediately suspended for violating the abusive buyer policy (see attached email).

I emailed EBAY CEO and got a response that my account has been suspended forever. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

I'm very sure the seller knows to show clear photos and description on a brand like Rolex. eBay doesn't play games specially with sellers.
