How to provide Manufacturer Invoice

I was selling Dewalt product on ebay, https://www.ebay.com/itm/363909667201
suddenly ebay put MC011 and asked me id, utility bill and purchase invoice for products from a manufacturer or distributor,
I have my personal id and utility bcz its my personal ebay, but product I was selling from a guy who picks up from walmart I think,
How to get bypass "purchase invoice for products from a manufacturer or distributor"..
Any one can guide please?

you could download an invoice template from the internet then edit it with the information you want

ebay won't call them in all likelihood but i don't know if Dewalt is a hot category and subject to high scrutiny.

Also please put a warning disclaimer message when posting an eb link

ebay and Vero are not the only ones who would take am interest in what you sell,FBI,police ,customs office would as well ,in case they are stolen goods.or goods not allowed into the country

Where to find that? in the past here in the forum some user was offering that service, now i dont see anyone offering that service

you could probably try to buy it from walmart yourself and fix the dates?
then ofcourse return it later too walmart
