Trying to get a established seller account

I’m trying to sell forever stamps on eBay however I was told that I need an established seller account with over 90 days of selling and 100 transactions totaling at least $1,000 in sales in the last 12 months. Any way I can buy an established account?? Sorry new to thisnif this is on the wrong thread I apologize

By the way I have an eBay account that is 20 years old and had used it a lot back in the day but since I haven’t sold anything in so long I have to re establish it starting all over
