Account suspended and fund retained by ebay as required by law ???!
 

My ebay was suspended like most popular reason (risk) and keep holding my fund £429 already 69 days
Anyway when i contact ebay online once they said :

(Due to not being able to verify the information that was provided, any funds not already paid out will be retained by eBay as required by law)

And with another ebay Agent :

(All your available funds from the item you've
sold on the site before the suspension will
be automatically released 60-72 days from
the date of the suspension. This is to ensure
all cases or disputes are resolved)



Is anyone has the same situation?

I’ll be following this post you only have 3 more days to wait to see if you do receive the funds.

I hope you do I have £247 is in my balance and my account was suspended for the same reason as well we couldn’t verify your account.

Let us know if you get the funds after 72 days.

Previously I've been all the tume using chat live asking about my funds..
They keep ignoring me and the same reason (they can't verify my details)

After 72 days gas passed from suspended account
I got this email from eBay:

They should proof read their emails on how to spell Complaint-

I would say the one which said they cant verify your ID RULES !!!!!

This happened to me on my 1st banned account. They told me they would treat the money as if I had died.. Something along the lines that they were going to send it to the government as tax money.. One day maybe 4 to 6 months later I just randomly got it in my bank

You know chargeback can come in 6 months

That was when? which year did you get banned? was it PayPal or Manage payments?
