Hi.Is there any way to get the first listing without getting suspended, I have activated seller account 7 days, but when I listed the first listing I got a suspended email after 30 minutes.Thanks.

Try to list Home Alliance which in your home. it will good for new stealth Accounts. I always do that and account not get suspended. and index after 24-36 Hours later. Best of luck.

I listed a listing with the title "silicone tray for kitchen counter"
The picture is taken from the review image on amazon,
Don’t use Amazon pictures to list your first item. You don’t even need to take your own photo for first listing. Just go to sold section on eBay all the way to back of the pages and you can use image from previous seller. Works for me on my accounts

Yes sure I only do this for my first listing on an account created. All listings after are mostly my own photos but occasionally will use another photo in sold section.
You can use same title photo and description for first listing and in the description you can edit your own postage service and time if you wanted to.
When you pass first listing second listing should be your own title and description and photo.
Just go back 3 months in the sold section you will easily find a listing for an item you want to list.
