Address Ban
When you are permanently banned, is that home address associated with the account going to be totally corrupt for any new seller trying to use that address? My wife, my son, someone else who buys the house in the future?
The account was banned in 2016. |

It can be - never 100% sure but it's best not to use it in order to operate smoothly for longer without potential issues |

| How does one get around personal identification (drivers license) if you live at the banned address? Does a passport and a lease agreement (for a another address work)? |

They ban every new account theses days, doesn’t matter how legit you are. It could be your first item selling on eBay and they will still ban you if you start selling right away. |

people who were banned in the past are now allowed to return to ebay with their real details , the only exception are people who were banned on MP , they can only return if they were either banned for failed verification or through a random suspension of a new account but not for fraud or copyright violations |

I got banned on managed payments for selling vero items. I’m now selling on multiple managed payments accounts in my names and different address on my credit report all running smoothly. |

ebay do not have same rules for suspensions , if your MP verification failed you can use the same details again , the same applies to random suspensions for new accounts |

| It does work with the same details apart from address. The only thing from my experience in creating multiple eBay managed payment accounts is the address definitely gets black listed. |

If you got permanently suspended through violations of the buyer policy - can you get back on with any previous details? I've set up an new account using my dads details, but no payment method and ideally I'd prefer stuff to be sent to me |

| ebay don't care much about addresses in the US though , main identification point is DOB , name and SSN
it is the countries like UK with no SSN where the address is essential |
