When you are permanently banned, is that home address associated with the account going to be totally corrupt for any new seller trying to use that address? My wife, my son, someone else who buys the house in the future?

I know as the second part is not accurate! The first part is true if you were suspended prior to managed payments everyone was given a second chance but the second part is not correct.

Yeah I think eBay has the same rules for all permanent suspensions..
ebay do not have same rules for suspensions , if your MP verification failed you can use the same details again , the same applies to random suspensions for new accounts

You can still get back on eBay with a MP suspension even if it was for fraud and copyright violations 😁
It does work with the same details apart from address. The only thing from my experience in creating multiple eBay managed payment accounts is the address definitely gets black listed.

ebay don't care much about addresses in the US though , main identification point is DOB , name and SSN
it is the countries like UK with no SSN where the address is essential
