I got this email Dec 21st after getting good feedback for a $3k item I sold. I've had this account for 3 years and bought a few things on it. I've submitted all documents, talked to agents many times. They keep telling me they're super backed up and escalated my case and that someone would reach out in 24-48 hours. So far no word. This has been going on for 3 weeks now...
