Exclamation MC011 Help!!! 911!!

Hey all, I posted this message on reddit and got
banned! Then the mods muted me when I complained about it!
Heres what happened:
I got the dreaded Mc011 message over a month ago for selling my $6000 dollar Leica camera. First they were asking for proof of delivery for all my sales. I promptly provided that. Then I heard nothing for over a month. After a dozen phone calls ebay finally got back to me and are now asking for proof of purchase for my listings. Most of the stuff I've been selling have been my personal stuff. Just been testing the waters before going the wholesale route. I do have some invoices for items I bought on Mercari, ebay, and Amazon then resold on ebay. Is that gonna be enough? Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Ebay is holding over 6k of mine and it's been beyond stressful. I wouldn't wish this on my enemies. Thanks a ton!

You got a SR# message, or one that stated MC011? did they 1st ask for tracking to prove delivery, only later to of appealed by giving such info to then be asked for invoices?

this is a fairly simple matter , you need to have selling history if you want to sell expensive items

$6000 item , such items should not be listed on ebay at all unless you have an established account with extensive selling history for expensive items , basically this only applies to professional sellers , small time sellers listing something like this are at risk of termination even if they have invoices and tracking

most likely outcome for you is that the money will be paid out with a delay of a few weeks or a few months but this account will never be able to sell again as ebay do not want sellers who suddenly list such items

All your receipts sent to eBay have to come directly from the supplier. I am sure there are some cases they don't need to be from my experience if you want any chance in passing this, your invoice/receipts have to come from the brand/authorized retailer.

that is an account that has been permanently selling items for several years without any major performance problems

I would not recommend any private small time sellers to list such items at all

OP, how old was the account - have you sold high end items before/

you will need better receipts than just reselling from other sites - in all likelihood, your account will be perm suspended and you will need to wait for [hopefully] 60 or so days to receive the money if no buyer issue

It's 2 years old. I didn't start selling till recently.
I have sold approx 4 or 5 high value items without issues.
By high value I mean 1,000-2,000. My last sale was for 6,000.
I realize that selling these kinds of items is risky
And I always minimize risk when possible by researching
And calling the buyers. It's not 100% but I've filtered through several
scams this way. I talked to a rep and they told me to just
Submit what I had so I'm gonna give it a shot.
I'll keep you updated. Thanks to everyone that replied!

selling a $6K item and it is a Leica,so this is considered high risk item as far as Ebay is concerned.
Your selling history is too new to avoid Ebay scrutiny, worse you are buying from AMZN,Ebay,MERCARI and reselling them on Ebay.
Did you have the merchandise on hands when you list/sold the item?or are you going to take the customer money and then use it to buy elsewhere or worse from Ebay, this is called retail arbitrage and it is not allowed on Ebay.
The invoices you gave Ebay, are they dated after you sold the item on Ebay?
Have the buyer left feedback,if not ,ask them to do so.

selling expensive items with low feedback and selling history attract scammers, they could easily take your leica and remove parts they need to fix their leica and file INAD with Ebay, you will get your Leica back missing some parts.
Or they can play switch-a-roo and return their malfunction Leica.

Technically the age of the account kicks in when sales are started and kept active

I only sold stuff I had on hand. I even did some repair jobs
on a few items before relisting. My invoices were all dated well before
Listing on ebay.

Yeah, I was selling on ebay for 6 months acclimated over 100 sales
then on the last month Nov/Dec I got hit with 3 scams.
Ebay refunded one guy who was refusing to pick up him winnings
after he got refunded he picked it up! Ebay won't even talk
to me about it because my account is restricted.
I don't think I'm gonna be selling to many more expensive items if Ebay reactivated my account.
