seller restricted - listings still valid

i have been waiting for this to happen

my ebay account has been restricted from new lisitings only due to the problem with paypal and waiting on letters etc

my paypal was limited first then ebay followed shortly after (within minutes) as they want the 6 digit code from letter which i cannot get

i simply refunded all my sales not posted so will not lose out any money

the ebay and paypal were not linked through ebay even though ebay asking me to resolve paypal account before i can sell again

i still have quite a few open listings which were not removed and will sell, should i just cancel them? or let payments go to paypal then refund and email buyer a diff account to send payment to?


or if anyone has any other suggestions? i think thats another account lost, shame theres loads of fees to pay

Depends on the profit involved. Is it worth the headache of chasing buyers to get them to cancel payments and pay you with another paypal account? I get an email template ready and send the buyers that along with the new invoice asap after the auction has ended.
A lot of buyers just won't have it though, as soon as you ask them to do it they think your up to something.
