Can i Make eBay Business Acc Without SSN Or ITIN

Hi,

Can I open and run an eBay Business account, without providing the ITIN and SSN? I have created a foreign LLC and I don't have SSN or ITIN. I have company EIN only. Is it possible for me to make an eBay company account?

As I am not a US resident, can I open any physical bank account without coming to the USA? I heard that eBay is no longer accepting virtual/fintech banks.

Please guide me to the best possible solution.

Some agents told me that Capital One and Chase are opening accounts for foreigners having foreign LLCs. But they need ITIN as well.

Any other fintech bank US eBay is accepting currently or not? Does anyone know about it?

The 1099 would be sent to him ,to the address you provided,one copy would go to IRS and added to his gross income,if the discrepancy between what he reports as income and what IRS shows as income is sizable,he could be audited,this is how he knows you stole his SSN.
If he owes IRS money,it would come to PAYPAL and seize the money in your account.
If he is dead and his estate owes $$,creditor may find out he has a Paypal account and seize the $$ ,if he is not dead but files for bankruptcy,same.
