Supplier information? i don't have. selling restriction

Could you guyz give me some advice?

I got selling restriction 35days ago. I have 55 feedbacks( all positive no negative). I reinstate my id twice (sent documents my real information)

Only selling restiction, there is no paypal limit or ebay suspension.

I made id on ebay.com.au (but my location is Korea,south)

Ebay said it will be lifted automatically.

But they didn't. They request supplier information but i don't have that.

I made item by myself. What i have to do for my reinstate?

I said to ebay i just bought from offline market so i don't have supply information.

They said your item is too risk (need proof authenticity)

Any advice?

I tried to selling on ebay.co.uk but it can't.

Is there any way to selling my stuff on ebay.com or ebay.co.uk?

Is it linked? Can i change my ebay route (au to uk or us)?

don't they automatically restore your account settings? the temporary restrictions?

who else has experienced this where they required further proof of authenticity etc.?
