Problem With Ebay Documents

Hello forum,

In September 2023 eBay requested my invoices of my products and I sent the documents and pass successful.

5 days ago eBay request the same documents

I sent the same invoices with date of September 2023 , and now received this issue:

- Documentation that shows that you purchased the item(s) recently listed for sale on eBay. Documentation that will help us verify your items can include either manufacturer invoices or receipts. Unfortunately, we will be unable to accept photos of the items to fulfill this requirement. (NOTE: This documentation must show your suppliers' information, items purchased, quantity purchased, price per unit and your payment information.)

The problem will not be that they want invoices with more recent dates or can how resolve this?

All my invoices are original and I have new invoice with recent dates.

You can be creative with the documents you already have which they excepted last year.

Now the question and the issue is different because what they suggested to me there doesn't work.

You recommend is to use all the information of real invoice and be creative using other invoice temple?

The last time you sent the documents and were successful - you should do the same...

But you said you sent invoices,not photos?
Do these vendors exist?
Like AMZN,they could call your vendor to verify.
Or they found out you are reusing the same invoice.
Does the invoice show large quantity ?

1. I download the invoice of Alibaba and Paypal because I pay in Alibaba through PayPal. Also send the Proforma Invoice that the Alibaba supplier gives me.

2. All my suppliers are of Alibaba

4. I have new and old invoice but here I recommend sending the same invoice that I sent in September 2023

5 .I send invoice with quantity of 50 pieces but I have more than 1000 sales in my store

Do you know where the error could be?


I buy quantity of 50 to 200 pieces for situation like this.

eBay marked me two things in red from all message. Maybe that's why they didn't accept the old document.

Did you give them your Driver license or govt issued ID?
It looks like they dont like your ALIBABA invoice?
Is this Ali seller still on Alibaba,may be print one direct from his Ali store without mentioning ALIBABA anywhere in your invoice

The id i send only front size now request front and back size but this don't is problem.

the proforma invoice is not actually a proper invoice I dont think they will accept it as valid

Did you send a new invoice of the items you recently purchased with suppliers/retailer/manufacturer information on.

I would never send eBay alibaba, DHgate invoices as in my experiences these will always get rejected.

I think an invoice written down in an excel is not accepted
