Virtual Office Address Question

I am trying to open a new ebay stealth account mainly the only thing that would be stealth on this is the address is it worth using a virtual address or should i use my dad's address and my mobile tethering internet.

you can use any address as long as ebay can verify it in credit check

It is best to use real stealth data. ebay at some point will need to request documentation, driver's license, proof of residence

Yobar, then what is the work around when DL is requested? Assuming all info is correct except his dads address (in public database) assuming his address will not show that address? Furthermore, possibly showing the address of his previously suspended account ?
