Virtual Office Address Question

I am trying to open a new eBay Stealth account mainly the only thing that would be stealth on this is the address is it worth using a virtual address or should i use my dad's address and my mobile tethering internet.

Yobar, then what is the work around when DL is requested? Assuming all info is correct except his dads address (in public database) assuming his address will not show that address? Furthermore, possibly showing the address of his previously suspended account ?
