Reuse Limited Business Details

Hello can i use the same the same limited company on ebay after it was suspended last year. My sis used my company without telling me she crewed up the ID verification and it was permanently restricted. My question is can i reuse the same company but with the correct details and just use my warehouse address instead for the address or just forget about it and do stealth sole trader?

i wouldn't risk using any of the old info - even just the name...seems too recent. why dont you set up a new company name
