paypal asking for ID and business details

hello guys i need some help please
i have genuine paypal with my own info linked with bank account + visa card .
in my first transaction i got a verification message asking for id and ability of fulfillment process tracking and proof of supplier recipient ect is it normal ?
what kind of documents could help in this issue ?

you dont have a flag with your Aspkin ID

it's normal now. you must provide real tracking information and real receipt. don't send any ⊗⊗⊗⊗ documents or you will be banned for 180 days

I'm getting the same limitation after my first goods/service transaction received. My account is EU what is the country of your account? and what was the sum of the payment you received?

was just 96 usd -knowing that i received before twice via pp invoice but this time was throu marketplace

Not normal... you triggered their risk bot basically.

But since this is your own account, you should be able to give them your docs and you can ask your supplier for receipts.
