By now Ebay must have one million rules by now??.back in mid 2000,when Tiffany took Ebay to court for falseo advertising,Ebay told the judge they have a few hundred thousand rules !
Many bots roam the site and it could take days to take down some accounts,so your question is not relevant,it is what catches the attentions of these bots,not how many days .
