 Convert long term personal account to business or make a new one for a LLC?
Not stealth related.
Is it better to convert a long term personal account or open a new business account for a LLC? Does it matter? I've heard that if I upgrade my personal account to business, it's just like starting over again. The same restrictions apply. If so, I rather keep my personal account personal. I also understand it's better to keep all LLC activity separate from personal activity. Wouldn't a brand new business account do that better than converting a personal account? Since then it's brand new and there's no shared history.
