How do I get my funds after 190 days?

190 days has now passed.

I have an email from exec complaints team that funds would release automatically on 8th Sept 2026.

I have been chasing it for 3 weeks to ensure they'd be paid today and have been ignored each time, and every time I use the send email functionality, their stupid AI responds back saying my suspension is final and ignoring the actual question.

Where do I go now, do I call and ask for a certain department etc?

You're wasting your time chasing it, they've already given you the answer and they're not going to waste time repeating it.

Its too early to say it if it will arrive today or not, the payment run hasn't finished yet.

You can try getting a lawyer ,they will have to respond,but does not mean they will release your fund.

Well if you called them...then you have the answer. Sadly, it might be best to just wait. Did they say why there was the extension?

Supposedly to allow for disputes, but confirmed none were in 190 days and banks don't allow disputes past 180. So I've raised a complaint with the financial ombudsman because all emails say "up to 190 days".

I am having the same issue. 190 days passed from MC011 and funds still not released and ebay is not emailing me back and getting run around when I call in and speak to a live rep.

Visa and Mastercard both allow certain dispute types up to 540 days from the transaction in limited circumstances. The right call is to go to the financial ombudsman, if there are no open disputes then eBay should have released the funds by now.

Did you replied and provided MC011 required items?
Because if not they might treat it as still in progress not account suspension

I was hit by MC011 too, but I didn't submit any documentation, and then, on the 40th day after the final case closed, eBay released the funds.

Could OP elaborate on the specific type of restrictions encountered?

what you described is very expensive and would require getting a lawyer.

Financial ombudsman is a UK body, they step in for these sort of things when financial companies aren't doing their job or trying to hide behind vague terms and conditions.

I have raised my complaint, let's see what happens.

eBay have no justification to hold them for another 60 days, let alone to ignore all of my emails. But the moment the ombudsman asks them to respond, suddenly they respond within 48 hours.

Financial ombudsman reached out to them yesterday, so I'll find out in 10 days or so.

Just re-read my previous FOS complaint response and eBay said they'd pay me out in a maximum of 190 days. It must be against some terms, or they could keep extending it indefinitely.

AMZN is known to keep the $$ to defend itself against possible lawsuits,if AMZN has this policy,Ebay may as well.

It wasn't one item, it was multiple and was all household items as that's what my business is.

No tech etc.

They didn't specify, just due to suspicious activity.
