I made a new account I had a proxy everything is fine. I took your advice aspkin with buy a 2 dollar ebook and a one dollar ebook. I bought a 1.95 ebook and a 1.50 ebook and what happens later on in the day I got suspended for abusing ebay for buying those 2 ebooks. What did I do wrong this time everything went perfect. This is pssn me off. I didnt sell anything I made the account and then like 20 minutes later I bought those only 2 ebooks and thats all I got suspended

I don't know man... I don't know why you're having so many problems. Double check the steps in my guide. For some people it's too hard to do, and for others they do fine. You really have to make sure there is no way at all for eBay to link your accounts. Buying e-books shouldn't be a reason for your suspensions. And yes I know it can be very frustrating, trust me I know. :(

Hm everything is perfect. My new email adress linked to my account, but i only login into that when I pay for stuff, I always have my proxy on and log into that there. My cookies are cleaned twice before everytime i go in.

My opinion I know exactly everything is fine, but I think its maybe the ebook's maybe they implented something new. I betcha if you did the same thing as me you would get banned at least i think.

this is what I think, I think its the card's im using. Why? Cause the card usualy starts like 4225 3000 XXXX XXXX but idk if thats it, I see alot of account get away buying alot of one cent auctions and r luky i dont see how they do that maybe its luck? Should I try that until i get lucky without a account geting baned like that?:( I really cant think of anything else now

If anything they wouldve linked me alrdy on the account i was borowing for about 3 weeks n then i had to verify over the phone cuz of the third party crap T_T So I know im follwing everything correctly.

It could be your proxy.. are you unable to change your IP address? Proxies from what I'm seeing are having mixed results, some people they work great for.. others not so great. I bet if you were to create a new account at a friend's house or a library.. basically a fresh computer with a regular IP and buy your e-books.. you wouldn't get suspended.

Well the proxies ive been using have a low ms response rate which basicly makes them super fast as if i was using my own ip, im using an excellent program for it (proxy switcher standard) But then again it could be that im using it from a different part of a country, I dont have any budies I can go to and I never thought about going to the library and do it there but thats a bit of trouble to me going there and doing (kinda far)

Im gonna see about geting a new ip, right now my isp is comcast, what would I tell them about changing my ip? Make a differnt Static IP? or should I get a dynamic one that bounces?

Dynamic IP for sure, once you have a dynamic ip you should be able to change your ip address anytime you need to. Just to make sure you talk to you ISP about being able to change your ip address once it's dynamic. That's what I use. I have Road Runner.

I must say God bless u Aspkin for creating this forum.At least i know that there are a lot of people that have been victims of ebay shoot now & ask later.Its a shame that they don't really have respect for the people who made them who they are today-their sellers.They are very full of themselves.
Whatever anybody is doing, put at the back of your mind that there is life after ebay.Get yourself a website to be on the safe site, patronize other auction sites (like ebid.net,ubid.com,overstock.com), these sites are coming on really strong,they don't steal your money by force like ebay & i guess with the high populace being suspended from ebay daily,we can all join hands & make these sites even stronger & help also drive traffick down there & u all will be surprised that very soon a lot of people won't care about ebay anymore.They are making people really miserable since most people depend on that for their livelihood.I operate on all of these sites either buying or selling & its been worth it.I don't have to worry about not having a back up when ebay suspend me again.To be forewarned is to be forearmed.When i 1st got suspended, i was shaking all over-4m there on i made d decision never 2 put my eggs in one basket.
Good luck everyone & thx Aspkin 4 putting this site up.U r a blessing in disguise.This is where d truth about ebay really is. no ebooks or anyone can get you on ebay.It is logics & how smart you can work around ebay's new security sys.Damn, that thg is smart but we will beat it.Afterall humans invented this & they will also be able to by pass it(I did it b4 with my dial up service 4 2mnths b4 i made a mistake with paypal & i did it again now but rite now i'm taking it slow).

It's true, eBay is a pain in the ass, and I hope they go down soon enough and other websites take over. I'm glad you have your own website as well. It takes some basic html skills, maybe some PHP but they're well worth it when you find you self with nothing else. The only way to keep your business afloat is to diversify.

I've said this many times, maybe you got it from me, but it's never a good idea to keep all your eggs in one basket. It's like having one table leg, what happens when that one leg breaks?!? EBay can be one leg, your website can be another, and any other auction sites can be more, but never trust eBay for the long term. The only thing you can trust to be there long term is if you had your own website. I can write books on how to create your own shopping website without eBay. Maybe I'll start a forum on it one day.

Anyways TQK, you have the right idea, I hope you do well.
