Trouble with recreating account

hi i have been suspended from ebay cuz of selling some prohibited items i forgot it was a while ago so recently i wanted to get back on ebay and sell my ipod...

i've gone through all the steps but cept 1 thing what i did was i did phone veri

my steps were

delete cookies in all my browsers
downloaded and new and different browser like opera and use that for ebay
changed my ip and also used "hide my ip"
now i signed up for a canada account so i used the phone verification

what i did was create a temp phone that forwarded to my real phone so i thought i could bypass that

So then the account was created diff name diff address brand new hotmail brand new paypal too

so my account created for 3-4 hours nothing happened then i listed my ipod which shud be worth about 200 bux then instanly within 30 mins i got suspended...

any idea what i did wrong?

Simple! You have no trust with ebay you need to gain feedback. I have some experience with this alrdy and I did alot of research. You gota gain feedback slowly before you can post something like that. Is what I say anyway.

hey are you positive with this? bcuz i have made 2 3 accts already and have been banned in the same way...

i want to know if Lets say i am ip logged and i use same ip to create account is that account banned really fast within 10/20 mins?

cuz if it is that means i have bypassed the ip stage and also i need to know if i bypassed the phone number stage since i dont know if they can track the origin of the phone number since im using a free internet forwarding number.

If the problem is i need reputation and feedback does that mean even a LEGIT new EBAY user that lists an ipod or anything over about $100 will get suspended instantly? >.<

I really need to know how i am being spotted by ebay or if really what you say is true that even a LEGIT ebay user needs feedback to sell or they get suspend and ip logged.

the actual times were:

6 o clock ebay register
10 o clock ebay list item
11 o clock ebay suspended

how come i wasn't suspended in the 4 hours i registered?
how come it took one hour to suspend me and why suspend after i list?

these are questions i really want answers to... D=

I tried again and listed a few pencils this time and got suspended again the times are similar and it took 1 hr from listing to suspend...

I think i have been caught by the system cause i think its rather impossible for ebay to have employees manually search listings for new sellers? >.<
And it wouldn't be true that ANY NEW seller would get suspend for listing something even if they are fresh first time at ebay right?

I think i know my problem because the ip address i use and the place i put as register on ebay are apart do they have auto-ban system for that?

And is using hotmail bad compare to yahoo and also although i cleared all my cookies and release ip on router and reset router and got new ip when i was signing up and listing i always had hotmail open in the other tab of the browser does this screw me over as well? And if it does do i just open hotmail only ONCE to activate acct and never again?

I really want to sell on ebay again =((((

Also do "hide my ip" programs actually work? And if they do, does that mean u dont have to change ur ip ever again and only need the program running when u use ebay?

Hi ccdef,

It seems you are missing a step and being auto banned by eBay the moment they see you trying to sell again. From what you wrote, here a couple things. You said that you cleared your browser cookies and downloaded a new browser, Opera. I use Opera browser as well, along with Firefox and Internet Explorer. When trying to create a new account, make sure you delete all browser files, cookies and saved passwords. One slip up with this and you could be instantly found out and a banned from eBay. I've had no problem using any of these browsers at a time when connecting to eBay. Explorer or Firefox may be easier for you.

Second, you do not have to create a new Paypal account. Read my guide and follow the steps about using your existing Paypal account. This saves time and may establish you as a semi 'trusted' user. It's better then having a brand new Paypal account, a brand new eBay account and immediately start listing expensive items. It looks a bit fishy.

Third, why did they suspend you in the first place? This can tell you a lot. If you're getting Vero'd you may need to change your auctions around. If you're getting linked to another user, you need to be more careful of your actions. There are tons of possibilities. Let me know.

Also don't try to mask your IP address. This won't work. EBay is able to easily figure out who you are. Simply change your IP address and go from there or use proxies.

Im pretty positive i am not being catched my human eyes, as its not possible to search through the stationary category for thousands and tens of thousands of listing of pencils and pens?

As for being vero'd i think not since im listing a pencil right?

So i must have been logged by ip or cookies or something and it is auto and is the system and not some competitor reporting me or an ebay employee seeing my suspicious auction.

Modee could you kindly share what proxy you use i think i really want to try that and i will try again this time double checking and clearing my cookies and all the cache within every browser i have ( only 3 FF IE and opera)

I'll change my ip again and see how it works but i'll try to use a proxy i'll try to find one or if modee have any suggestions.
