vero issues after 30 day ebay suspension

HI,

First post and what a post its going to be,

Been suspended for 30 days of ebay,cant relist or sell but can do everything else,reason being for vero issues

Today i get an email from the company who's listing were removed and they want me to sign and return a letter to them agreeing not to sell their items anymore???

What do i do?

Its all legal jargon so at a loss

Also it says that i agree within 7 days to pay £1500 TOWARDS LEGAL COSTS

Need major help here guys
