account suspended about 3-4 years go

my ebay account was suspended about 3-4 years ago and was never reinstated. i would like to know whether i can come back to ebay now to sell if my previous account has been suspended that long ago or does ebay check that far back on suspended accounts and linked them to new ones? also, i have dsl, how do i change my ip address so that i dont leave a trail? any info or advise is appreciated!

Have you moved to a new address, changed bank accounts, credit cards, phone numbers, etc.?

no unfortunately i'm still living at the same address

i can get new bank accounts and credit cards, that's no problem, i usually use a cell phone # on ebay

You should use a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name/address then...otherwise they will kill you again in no time.

Right, it's best to use a different address, and make sure to change your ip and delete cookies just in case. Also it's best not to use an old Paypal account with your new account.
