You have exceeded your global trading limit. Need help

Hi anyone

I have just received an limitation message from ebay, which now i am unable to list new listing in my account, but ebay has not remove any of my existing listings. Here is the limitation message

(You have exceeded your global trading limit. At this time, please contact eBay customer support at crossbordercn@ebay.com and provide a list of all of your eBay User IDs. We will review your accounts, and existing limits on your accounts, prior to removing the global trading limit.)

Does anyone know what is this about and why i am getting this limitation, I have emailed ebay but have not receive an reply yet. Is this a serious issue? Can this be fixed and have my ebay account back to current status? Please advise and many thanks

It really is self explanatory. You reached the number of auctions you can have running at any one time. They will lift or increased the limit once the review your account. They will check your registration info, ask for invoices if there are high risk VERO items, etc.
Only way around is to jump through the verification hoops to get the limit raised or lifted. Or open up another selling account and alter your listing so they are different enough.
