Setting up a new account - need some advice the book doesnt go into

Hey guys, i have the book and its a great source of advice, however, before i start and create a NEW(!!!) account, i would just like some simple advice.

I am in the UK but plan on purchasing a USA pre 11/7 account to avoid the use of paypal and use google checkout. I know how to get a USA IP address for £10 which seems fair, but the thing i am worried about is my selling volumes.

Now i trade iPhones, and normally turn around 30-50 a week, at £480 each its a high amount off volume. Would eBay wise up to me not using paypal?

Also, as I am in the UK and will be buying a USA account, can i change the "item location" to England?

The selling volume is not a problem.You can sell that much without paypal with pre 11/07.But ebay require paypal to sell worldwide.I'm not sure is that ok to not to use paypal if you change the location to england but just sell within US because i never tried that.
