New ebay account using the same ip. I got this message...

My question: What does ebay want to verify anybody who has had experience with this kind of problem. I did not get banned from my other ebay account I just signed up with the same ip and created a new ebay account to continue to get buyers who are interested and we can communicate through email since ebay will suddenly stop me since my other account is under review same ip. Help anybody? Ebay did call me, but I didn't answer. It was a call from utah...

When you start selling you need to verify your account. When you make your first listing ebay will verify your account by calling your phone that is listed in you ebay account and give you a 4 digit pin. its all automated and then put that number in , then you can sell.
