Get A Permanent Paypal Account

Hey guys, I have had countless paypal accounts that last for 3 months or so before paypal requests the SS number......i'm wondering if it would be possible to create a paypal in another country like canada where the only verfiable info would be CC, phone, and bank?????? Is it possible to use a canadian proxy, register a gift card with a canadian city and postal code (to clear paypal/ebay verification) and then regsiter a bank account??? It seems to me that if this can be done, then there would be no way for them to request a SS for a country that doesn't have a USA SS#.....please let me know your thoughts!!!!

Yes, you can. Proxies do work if you can keep the same proxy. It would be great if you had a Dedicated Proxy for yourself only, maybe set-up on a hosting account in Canada (or another country) or on a friend's computer that lives there. Just never log in from another country, that will get you flagged.

Well there are places to rent IP addresses. I've known people who go on websites that list your IP and the guy always has the same IP address which doesn't match a proxy, ISP, or anywhere that he lives, but I assume he rented it.
