MC010,MC067 and MC081 PLEASE HELP..!

I opened an account 2 weeks ago and then ebay sent me this message

MC010 Notice: eBay Account Limited - Verify Identity

As part of our verification review we have placed your account on hold, the hold prevents you from buying, selling and sending member to member messages. Your active listings will not be searchable during that period.

We'd like to arrange a telephone call to discuss recent activity on your eBay account and review the hold.

I choose a date last week for ebay to call me today in the morning but I didnt recevie any phone call from ebay. I logged in to my ebay account to find out why ebay didnt call me. I checked my messages on ebay and got this message.


MC081 NOTICE: eBay Registration Suspension -

We regret to inform you that your eBay account has been suspended.

*Why did we suspend your account?

From experience we know that certain items and actions are more associated with fraudulent activity on eBay than others. As a precaution, we suspend an account if it gives us cause for concern. We then ask for more before we reinstate the account.

Please understand we're not accusing you of fraudulent behaviour. Our top priority is to ensure that eBay remains a safe and reputable place to buy and sell, so we'd like to confirm some of the information you've given us.

Please advice me what sould I do? I dont know why ebay cancelled all my listings and also suspended my account. confused:

just more common than it used to be...maybe you tried to sell too fast, but they often do not call, so you need to call them or at least email them to get a re-schedule, after the call you may get reinstated straight away, but more than likely you will be asked to fax ID in.

Thanks for your reply. I will email them my documents let see what they will do after they review my documents.

Ebay is asking me for this information:

2) Proof that items you've listed are in your possession

For each of the items you've listed on eBay, please send us copies of
either:

- receipt, bill of sale, dispatch or sales invoice
or
- agreement with your supplier


Can i send them the post office receipt? I have posted few parcels to the buyer so can i use receipt of that?

Well for proof of possession, i took pictures of my inventory and put a piece of paper with my ebay ID, name etc.. IT WORKED :-)

did you send your picture with the items? or just pictures of the items?

Sounds like they (stickmade) just put a piece of paper with their ebay ID name written on it in front of the inventory and sent it in.

They just want to know you have what you say you have and that you aren't just making up ⊗⊗⊗⊗ stuff to sell.

I bet a dollar this 100% has to do with the category that you are listing in. You must be listing in a highly regulated VERO category.

I got this one on my first item listed a few days back, not a vero item either, just a second hand watch! account was reinstated this morning. Send the documents to them by replying to the email they send telling you of the MC081 and they will fix it double quick. It took 2 days and my account is up and running again!

I did reply to the email but they said that they no longer use that email id :shhh:
