How many VEROs can you get before get suspended? I've had 3 so far with 20+ feedbacks. I got the 3rd one this afternoon. I don't have any listing up right now. I am afraid that the suspension email will come in a day or two. What do you all think? And if not, how long should I wait until I list more items?

Usually it's 3 strikes and you're gone if you have a fairly new account and that's just regular copyright violations and no vero involved.

The account is 4 month old. The email I received stated Trademark Violation--Unauthorized Item. So is it a vero or copyright violation? And do they usually suspend the account right away or wait for a couple of days? Thanks!

If it's a VERO violation then it will say VERO. If your listings get pulled 3 times for trademark violations in the span of one month you're gone.

The Verified Rights Owner (VeRO) Program lets intellectual property rights owners request the removal of listings on eBay that offer items or contain materials that infringe on their rights. For example, items that may be counterfeit or otherwise unauthorized.

Intellectual property rights owners can request that eBay removes listings that they claim, under penalty of perjury, offer an item or contain material that infringes on their intellectual property rights. These rights can include trademark, copyright and other legal rights. For example, the item being sold may bear the rights owner's trademark (such as a logo on a designer purse), but may not be an authentic product.
