Ebay MC169 notice: ebay registration suspension notice

SO i loged in to my ebay account today and i got the notice below for no reason, all i tried to do is list a product through auctiva. And it didnt allow they said i needed to wait 30days.

Now the account is under my cousins name but he lives in PA.
is their any other way i can fix this.....VCC maybe??

You'll have no choice then to send them what they asked for.
Can't you contact your cousin and ask him a copy of docs to be sent to you through EMail?

As mofetee stated, you can either get the stealth guide/read around these forums to start new account or you can TRY to salvage by providing the documents they want.

That won't get you 100% reinstated since many times, they will just refuse but it's worth a try if you care about the account a lot. Documents can be genuine or 'creative' if you're good at it...
