Is it 7 day or 30 day selling limit?
 

Hello i am new to this forum but have a little question,
My account is from 2003 and i ran into a little trouble over a item,
The company said i was selling illegal version when i wasn't,
It happened to me 2 times in 1 day 2 unrelated items,
First warning i got said this,
Your selling privileges have been temporarily restricted because of a recent policy violation. You won't be able to list new items for thirty (30) days. You're also not allowed to register a new account during this time.

Please be assured that your account has *not* been suspended. At this time, you still have full account access. You can continue to:

- Send email
- Obtain shipping addresses
- Leave Feedback
- Perform other administrative tasks

Your account will no longer be restricted after 30 days.

2nd warning i got this,

So which is it 30 days or 7 days,
I guess i will find out tomorrow,
I have made a 2nd account and i am selling on it just fine,

A few questions I have.

1) were you selling veRo? (if you don't know what it is, look it up on the forum)
2) what are the restriction codes on the emails you received? (e.g. MC015, MC167, ect)
3) did you make your second acct per EBAYSTEALTH?

You may also consider these tips to help improve your listing:

- Build positive selling history to increase buyer's trust
- Providing a Proof of Authenticity gives buyers confidence about their purchase. You can use some of these options as Proof of Authenticity:
Clear Images of the receipt in your listing description where the item was originally purchased
Certificate of Authenticity which is often included with pricey collectibles or designer items
Obtaining a Proof of Authenticity from one of eBay’s suggested Authentication companies

the 2nd account i made has different name and address and papal account and cc and phone number,

So do you think it will be 30 days or 7 days from the codes i listed,

Just found out the 7 day was removed took a little 13 question over selling,
But after i finish it get this message when i try and sale,
eBay has restricted your ability to list new items for approximately 30 days as a result of a policy violation

You can still access other features on eBay. For more information about this policy violation, please check your messages in My eBay.

so much for hoping,
guess it is time to open few more accounts,
you know what is strange on the 2nd account i opened,
it allows me to list 100 items a month with $5,000 limit,
but only 10 at 1 time,
I just opened that 2nd account a week ago,
why only 10 at a 1 time,

What is funny is i got this message,

I thought i could post again and start to sale like it stated,

Important question: are the items phakes or genuine.:spy:

If phakes, then stop selling them. Leave that account to rest.
Split sales over other accounts

I wound up selling the items taken off on my 2nd account,
So should i still file COUNTER-NOTICE REGARDING REMOVED LISTING or not,
I just want my good account back and go back to selling non vero items,
