Need URGENT help MC010/Calling Ebay

Hello,
I'm having a stupid issue. I have few US accounts, as soon as I start selling on a account, I get the MC010 notice, and I'm required to call ebay for ID verification.

I know that most of people bypass this hands up, but I'm having a REAL problem with this, I lost 4 accounts because of this.

The fact is that my ENGLISH IS REALLY BAD, so when I call Ebay, I've real difficulty to understand what the rep says.

So, can anyone help me with this please? Can anyone accept to make these calls for me?
I can submitt all the account informations, and will pay for phone spoofing services and any further (reasonable) fees you should ask for.

I managed to get my account back not a long ago although paypal is 180 days closing which Im going to try to reappeal. This was my 5 years legit info one.

What are you selling?

What documents are they asking for?

They are asking me to call them. This is the soft limitation that almost everyone is getting since few months ago as soon as an account is turned as a seller (MC010 suspension). First they ask to call them within 48 hours, and when on the phone they ask some simple questions related to the account. As long as the account's info are handy, this limitation is very easy to bypass, BUT not in my case, because of my talking english.

I suppose that I'll get their email within a moment (since it's been more then 48 hours now), and I'll have no choice to submit ID docs (DL+Utility Bill).
