I live in San Jose and pass by the PayPal HQ (aka eBay) located at 2211 North First Street, San Jose, CA building all the time.

It's right off Hwy 87/Guadalupe Parkway. Anyone living in Silicon Valley can verify this information.

The PayPal HQ is actually located INSIDE the eBay building:

San Jose, CA 95131

As you drive down North First Street or zipping along Hwy 87/Guadalupe Pkwy all the signs outside the building say eBay, they want you to think the building is only eBay but if you drive around to the First street side and take a closer look, there is a small, teeny tiny sign off to the side that says PayPal on the outside of the building.

I also live 10 minutes away from eBay HQ over on 2145 Hamilton Avenue. So I know where those clowns are too.

So if any nosy body from eBay/PayPal happens to read this post, watch out, I know where you are. hahahaha!

Ha.. Good Post! U know Paypal normally has had me fax in info to a 402 number the last 18 or 19 times limited over the years..around Thanksgiving..the girl in Resolution dept had me fax to a 303 number,which I think is what Denver?

They are a bunch of no good low down sneaks.

I could never figure out why they refer to that 402 area code number when they're main office is in good ol San Jose, CA area code 408. And yes, the 303 area code is in Denver.

I have often fantasized about stroming their offices demanding to see the CEO and give them a piece of my mind.

Probably not a good idea since they may have tight security over there, especially since they are pissing off so many people.

I read on some site that Meg Chitman lives over in Atheron, that's where the high falutin rich folks live. Is falutin a real word?

That info really isnt that great. Ive had it before and ebay just tells you the same thing. I called and got hung up on twice trying to get some answers on things. All they tell you is "sir you need to send us an email we cannot do anything over the phone"

HI- They will speak to you directly if you have an Account Manager... I had a girl named Kristie, very nice, and even gave me her cell. I felt she really tried for me.. but we did alot of just girl talk too :)

I did a little recon work over the weekend and drove by the eBay HQ over on Hamilton Avenue.

Their campus is pretty large with at least 12-15 buildings or so. Their main cross street is Greylands Drive in San Jose, Ca

You should go pour paint remover over all their cars. Just carry it in a big metal cup like it is a drink and pretend to fall, throwing the liquid all over. Just be careful, that stuff burns a little if you get it on your skin

How do you get an Account Manager? I've had no luck with the only 800# I've tried to resolve my issue.

Account managers are for power sellers. Look at the phone number for Janelle Moreno on page 1 of this thread. She deals with your problem. Or further down the list the customer service number:BUT press 3 for the operator do not follow the automated cues. If you get to a human play gently, grovel.... OK?
Also, do not use the 1 800 0r 1 888 numbers as they are automated,very
annoying. If you use the other numbers you can block your caller ID. You pay but the chances of getting a human are better. {oops ebay...not human}

When I learn to post these numbers correctly I will do so in future.
