it's obvious he doesn't want to spend money a few pennies in getting the book which could earn him more in the near future. thats why he shill bidded in the first place.. GREED... but my advice to him is that we've all been suspended from ebay/paypal and have had to use the stealth techniques to get back on. I recently got suspended and every account thereafter as well; after using stealth guide i've got five up and running.. so take the advice given that is buy the book; start over instead of looking for a quick fix. hope this helps

Anyhow my conclusion: his account is toast; friend account is prob toast - i mean any poster who puts up such a front is not worth the effort.
