Paypal is even more sophisticated then eBay but they don't take as many drastic measures as eBay unless you clearly break the rules. This is the problem with trying to create new accounts. If things don't match up, your SS#, bank account number, CC numbers, name, address, and more then you may be limited and shut down. I would play by the rules when it comes to Paypal.

Well partly that I don't trust paypal. They will randomly freeze accounts so having more than one as a safeguard is important.
