What info can be changed on a suspended EBAY account?

I know this a no-no from the guide but can you still change information on a suspended ebay account? Such as making your feedback totally private where it just shows the % positive?

If you do it from a remote computer, or a friend's computer whom you don't like.

Or if you're brave enough, clean your computer, change ips and log in. And afterwards clean up again to resume with your new account. It’s a risk to do it this way though. A big risk

Assuming I do it from a completely different computer and IP that I will never use to access ebay again, what are the other risks? And can I access/change my ebay info such as making f/b private?

There won't be any risk as long as your stick with the suspended account. Don't mess with anything relating to your new account and you'll be okay. And sure you can do what ever on that account as long as eBay allows you to. Just don't log into your new account, mess with Paypal, or even read email while on that computer.
