sort of! in order to verify my stealth account, they ask 3 random questions.
one is address based and i forgot the other one and the 3rd asks you 'what 2 numbers represent your social' and they give 4 choices.
they asked me and i guessed.
do they know the 'social' of a stealth account or is it bluff from their end??

Each State has 2 pacific starting numbers in the SSN#, google the first 2 numbers of the state you created your account in and use it.

Edit, to answer your question, they do not know. But they do know starting numbers, example Ohio is 27.

Based on your state address, they would base the initial screening of your SSN.

That is the dumbest thing I've ever seen out of ebay-and everything they do is dumb, lol. We are military and move every couple of years. People move all the damned time. So they assume a seller in FL to have a FL SS#? They are getting desperate. Pretty soon everyone on the planet is going to be suspended for getting an old IP of a banned user, moving into a house of a banned user, getting a banned users old cell number, freaking breathing the air of a banned user. The list goes on. They are going to shut everyone out from their own stupidity. Ridiculous.
