Hey guys they haven't officially sent us a letter .
They just took down all our postings. Just listed n sold 75 items 7days. They have all just delivered. We have negative feedback from a competing seller and they just keep asking me if my account is tied to my sons account which is negative feedback and we're not sure to pay those fees on his and they'd reinstate or it won't matter and they just gonna ban us indefinitely? Any thoughts?3 negs 2 neutrals. 98.4 feedback 386 sold since dec 15. All info not stealth it's under real names socials etc. we made mistake using same pictures logging in same ips etc.. pulling money out fast. Any idea??s thank

The 1000 listing account, been verified and PayPal . As well as license and name and banking already.. been restricted when we try to list...

How do you appeal for your account? I called in, and the CS said the "internal department" who do these case do not talk to anyone. No phone call, no emails. How do you contact them? Who you ask to be transfer to? Thanks

I must have defied this- I was suspended indefinitely as of today. I called and talked to someone and somehow they overrode it.

You are lucky a family member in my house was banned before I was even allowed an eBay account and a few years later when I turned 18 I made one and was banned the next month because of being Linked to another account & even after telling them I only just joined I was told NOPE its permanent.

Does anyone think eBay wants us all stealth for some reason? Feels that way :bounce:

Hey everyone!
Great information here. I'm making another ebay account with a friend name and address. I have a new fresh dedicated ip address, new email, new user account on pc, cleaned cookies, for paypal using friends name & address, a new ein #, new bank acct #, a vanilla visa in my name but friend's address. I wanted to see if this sounds like a winning gameplan?

There is usually a reason for suspension - to discuss and learn, you need to provide more info on your setup and operations. Otherwise, best of luck as you get back on.

Read and follow the eBay stealth. If you do that and you’re getting suspended, it’s mostlijely because you’re trying to open them before the holidays. Very few new accounts will make it during this time of the year.

I purchased a few iPhone from local guys on craiglist however the people i sold them on ebay stated they are stolen other saying it would not connect with their carrier. If eBay see a lot of return would they banned me from eBay? I paid high for those items and if all of them get return I’m be screwed what you think is my best option? Close my bank account and let ebay deal with these lost? Or should I accept all the returns and try to resell them at a lost? You know most people on craiglist dont answer their phones anymore or call off random phone app number untraceable

you have no other option but to accept returns unless your buyers agree to keep them for partial refund. these phones should have been sold as blacklisted or with more clear description.

These phones shouldn't have been sold at all.
I'm a little surprised you didn't check the validity of the phones, but now you are responsible and you have to accept the return and refund.

This is me saying in a nice way "don't even try to run away with the money".

everybody makes mistakes, accept you made a mistake and accept the loses you incurred.

you can re-sell them for parts/no working if you cannot find the original owners

i am newbie to eBay Stealth. i understand eBay Stealth help to make new SAFE account, but my question is why it charge "monthly"?? if i succeed to make new account without being suspended again, that is OK, and i will not need any help any more. but do i need any help every month from eBay Stealth? so, it means i have to "something" every time to avoid account suspension?

read stealth guide and did everything that was instructed to do to open a new paypal and ebay account.

got a fresh ip from ipburger, used father's name and address, new prepaid phone,
new prepaid credit card, new bank account, new gmail, using flash block.

signed up with paypal and verified and confirmed account no problems.

signed up with ebay and linked paypal account.

listed first item used toy non vero.
used photos from my digital camera and wiped data.
nothing suspicious in the listing.


few hours later received an email from ebay saying After reviewing your eBay account, we've noted several concerns with your recent activity that pose a unacceptable risk to our community.

i did not bid or watch any items.

i spent a lot of time and money creating this "stealth account".

What the hell did I do wrong??????

You did a lot of things wrong. You made your first sale too quickly. If a new seller account makes a sale, that results in an automatic ban. To lessen the possibility of this happening with your first listing, you have to 'age' the account. This means doing regular, non-selling related activities, such as browsing products, searching, buying or bidding on items, asking questions, updating your account information, watching items, etc.

You need to do this for a few weeks at least before listing the first item for sale. You MAY be able to recover from the ban. You'll need to contact them in writing only, no telephone. I hear they even have live chat now, but you can also contact them via Twitter or Facebook (unfortunately, they are very slow and it takes time to get any resolutions). They'll likely eventually ask for suppliers and proof of inventory / invoices for the items you are selling. If you can pass that, maybe you'll get the selling account back.

i did not make a sale.

i listed one item after (2) days of creating the account.

i did browse various items before i listed my first item.


i did not purchase this account i created it myself.

the stealth guide does not recommend aging a new account first.

what are the other things did i do wrong????

i followed the stealth guide to a tee.

i don't have suppliers or inventory i am not a dropshipper.

it's a personal account not a business one.
