Default New seller limitation, have you met this one?

To help new sellers like you get used to selling and delivering the level of customer service you need to succeed, we place selling limits on accounts. You’re currently limited to 10 items or $500 per month, whichever comes first.

As a new seller, you need to establish a positive selling history and show that you're able to meet the needs of your customers before you can use a listing tool. Please try listing your item again using Sell Your Item on eBay.com.

Can't use auctiva any more?
What's the time frame eBay regards you as a new seller?

you can list 10 items a month or $500. and if your paypal is verified you get 10 items and 2000 bucks. This is for 90 days after your first item sells. if you have good feedback and DSR scores you will them get a higher limit most likely 100 items and $5000 buck a month. You can call in and ask to have it raised but this is not something people say to do. but if you are going to do this make sure you have some good feedback and make sure you are able to prove you Identity to ebay because they may ask you too.

Once you have been selling for 90 days on eBay and have established a good selling history (good feedback, DSR's, no disputes, no violations etc), your limits will/can be be increased by eBay.

Auctiva can still be used but limits on the eBay accounts still apply.

I just passed 90 day period on one of the accounts, they raised it by themselves to20 items per month and still 500$. To best honest im more desperate for the item numbers rather than the $ amount but still they didnt do very well if they only raised it by 10...
still though, better than nothing

Yes, this is completely different from standard selling limits. This one allows to list only through eBay.com and not through Auctiva/other 3rd party tools. I just got this limit too and it's very interesting.

Yes, I also had this same problem, not really sure what it was but there were about 3 accounts that I added a seller account to all they all had got suspended and id prove was wanted.

I then tried 2 old accounts which were 6+ months and they were both fine without any problems, I think you should make seller account once 30 days is over.

Not automatically from my recent experience but all depends on how you set it up and how you sell.

No. Let the account age a bit (by at least a month I would say), act like a buyer first and then jump into selling but don't sell too fast, and ensure that you have followed all correct stealth procedures.

Never heard of it. It must be new and not unseen by most since no one else is reporting it/
